Tutorial tab working again!

I am so happy! After several months of my tutorial and other menu tabs not working, with the help of the Happy Engineers at WordPress we finally corrected the problem.

Here is what I’m talking about. When you click on the tutorial tab you get a drop down menu. When you click on one of those categories such as ice dyeing, you come to a page of pictures of tutorials I’ve written. To get to a specific tutorial you click on the picture. However, for the last six months or so, the links have not worked, and you are redirected to the picture. But now it works! Yipee!!

Here is a short video that shows you how it works now. If you are viewing this email on your phone or tablet, you will need to come to the website to view my video.

I sent out an email the other day to all my current subscribers who receive my posts through MailChimp informing them that I was changing my email service. They would receive a notice and have to opt in again. Well, I was wrong about that. Everyone on that list will receive my posts as usual.

My art muse is coming back, although my writing one has been hard at work on Substack. If you are interested in reading what I’m writing about over there, click on the link Substack in the Nav bar at the top of the page.

This Lemon Jell-O Cake that Mom used to make in a sheet pan was a recent post. Of course, I had to make the cake and it was delicious. If you’d like the recipe, check it out there.

I’ve started several projects but one will involve the Statue of Liberty. I asked ChatGPT to give me a picture of her to create an applique for my art project. Here is the picture they gave me which I believe will be perfect.

That’s all for now. I’ll be posting soon on my progress on my art projects. Hope you are keeping cool. Oh, and just to end with a little lovely from the garden.
