This is my submission for the Picture This Photo Contest on gardeninggonewild. The topic is End Of The Line.
In my picture there are lots of lines including the curvy lines of the fungus on this dying peach tree. When we bought this property two years ago, the fruit trees were badly in need of care. Because of the lack of attention over the past several years, they are dying. This peach tree has only one limb left and is unfortunately at the end of the line.
