I know I’ve not kept up with the HB in Five baking group. I really intended on baking my way through the book this year with them, but it just didn’t happen. I did bake a couple loaves this past week to have with my vegetable soup.

If you’ve still not tried this technique and you’d like to have fresh bread in no time, add this on your list to do next year. It is so easy to whip up a batch of bread in such a short time and NO kneading!
Here is the video with the master recipe.
The bread was also real tasty cubed up and toasted in the oven to make croutons for our salad made from freshly harvested salad greens Dave is growing in containers.

I hope to resume my baking with the group after the first of the year but even if that doesn’t happen I will definitely make more bread from this basic recipe.
I plugged this video on Facebooke too…looks like an awesome way to make bread. I’m glad you shared it.
Oh, that looks yummy Lynda! The video is great too. I have the ‘Artisan Bread in 5’ book, maybe I need to add the HB on my christmas wish list 🙂
Kristina, I like the HB book better. It would make a perfect book for your wish list!
