OMG! I can’t believe it’s week 8. And I have to tell you that I got squat done this week!!
The time change is a killer for me. The first night I hardly slept, and then it took two days to catch up. I spent most of this past week binge watching Netflix/Prime! So besides watching (and napping) that’s all I got done this week!
Here are a few of the series I watched. I also started some that I didn’t finish!
- Betty White – First Lady of Television
- Staircase – Documentary about the murder of Michael Peterson’s wife
- The One – matchmaking through DNA
- The Sinner – mysteries that are a bit bizarre
- Stone Cold with Tom Selleck – would love to see his other movies from this series, but they weren’t included in Prime free viewing
- The Crown – still trying to push through it!
I did try working on an experiment, and this is what I got! So I scrapped it.
Oh, I forgot about this. I sat down one evening and sketched this. I’ve yet to grab any fabric and work this design out. Hopefully, I’ll do that this week.
Sure hope my mojo comes back this week. Would love to hear what you’re up to. Comment below or add you blog post to the linky party. Have a great week!
You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
i lie your viewing list. We try and watch one movie on prime a night. I will check your out and put them on our watch list. Thank you. Looks like you have gotten more done than you thought.
Some weeks are like that! I had “Spring Fever” Saturday, so spent a lot of time playing computer solitaire games and snacking… not a great thing!
I’ve been working on another in my series of “Spirit Dolls” – made with twigs, batting, scraps of fabric, yarn and ribbon, and molded faces. I have 4 ready to take to the new gallery I’m selling at in Sedona.
I started “Spring Cleaning”, a ritual I started several years ago to help me catch up on putting a dent in the dirt, dust and cobwebs that formed over the winter.
I started dyeing new summer dresses – finished one, have another one batching and 6 more to go.
There are more bits and pieces of things I have dabbled in, but you get the idea – cleaning and art projects! I do hope your mojo has had a nice rest and is ready to come back full of energy and creativity!
Hi Jackie, We also watch something every night. I didn’t include them in my list. We are currently watching Somewhere South, a great cooking and history show and London Kills. Thanks for dropping by. Hopefully, I’ll get more done this week!!
Judy, You are getting a lot done! Cleaning is good! Yeah, I’m hoping it will come back. I am feeling better the last couple days getting out and working on the garden. That pretty much inspires me. Talk soon!
I’ve struggled with the time change, too. Add seasonal allergies to the mix and a slug has more energy and forward movement than I do. I loved your viewing list. I’ve seen a few of the Jesse Stone movies and they are all enjoyable. Our library has the whole series available, so I’m going to have to catch up on some. Wishing you a creative week and a gently landing if you are still struggling with the time change.
Jeannie, Yeah, the time and the allergies – so hard. I need to check out the library. I always forget about that resource. Thanks.
