As we end another year, I am again looking back on my best of 2018 tutorials. If you missed them, the links are at the top of each picture.
I pretty much went wild with my spin art machine and turntable this year, and wrote several tutorials on using that machine. It was so much fun. Here is the link to the whole page of spinner art tutorials.
Of course, the leaf printing and making sewn leaves was also one of my favorite and a popular post. The link to that post is here.
For years I’ve wanted to make a scrappy scarf. It was another fun project that I’ll be making again with some other fabrics including silk. Here is the link.
Playing with flour resist resulted in some really interesting fabric. I used both paints and dyes for this technique. Here is the link to using with paint. The link to using dye is in that post.
Then there is the Dendritic mono printing tutorial.
I really love tutorials. I’m hoping they are helpful for you. They give me a chance to teach via my blog, and also give me a record of the techniques. I see many more in the coming year.

Very cool projects!! Love your artistic approach to playing with fabric.
These are great! I especially love the leaves. They would make a great addition to a Thanksgiving table.

Val, Thanks!
Sarah, Thanks. Yes, the leaves are great for a variety of things. Would make a great wreath and also a scarf or added to a purse. Thanks for dropping by.
Goodness, what gorgeous fabrics and work. I will definitely be following along with your blog posts. Happy 2019.

Cheryl, Thanks! And thanks for the link up!
You are a girl after my own heart. I haven’t played with fabric dying or painting in a couple of years. I really do need to get back to that soon!
