2021, Etsy, and Resists

Another busy week. I’ve decided that there will be a 2021, so I ordered and received my new planner. I sure hope I will be able to use it more than I did my 2020 planner. This weekly/monthly calendar by Blue Sky has been my favorite for several years. I love the month-at-a-glance two-page spread, weekly page spreads, and the monthly tabs.

This past week I also opened my etsy shop. I’ll be adding more as the days go by. Here are three zip pouches I sewed up from some of my fabric. The one on the left is the flour resist. The other two are marbled fabric. The linings are my dyed fabric.

I made several of these a few years ago. I gave a couple away on this blog, and then kept one for myself. It’s a great place to keep all of the loose stuff in my purse organized.

I also have listed some dyed scarves. This is one of my favorites.

I’ll also be adding some dyed napkins. I love using and collecting vintage ones, so I’ll definitely be listing some dyed soon.

You can find my Etsy store at https://www.etsy.com/shop/LyndaHeinesDesigns. And just last night I got my very first purchase. Yipee!

I’ve also been working on the resist online class. I am loving some of these prints.

The weather is changing. Most of my outdoor stuff I needed to do is done. The only thing I need to do now is bring in the porch cushions. I always wait until the last minute since we like to sit out there as long as we can. But it’s time.

Hope you are having a wonderful Sunday, whatever you do. Stay safe and healthy. We will get through this.
