Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Here at Happy Acres we celebrate by exchanging our homemade Christmas ornaments. They are made in secret and given on Christmas Day. I never know what I’m going to make from year to year, but for the last many years they have always been made of fabric.
I also make a card to go with the ornament.
This bunch of the trees will be put on cards for next year.
These were made from a snippet roll. I’ll show you more on a later post.
Here is Dave’s ornament this year and his card. Love his bluebird house. The round part of the ornament was made with a toilet paper roll that he hardened with several products. Amazing.
Here is a better closeup. I really love our tradition.
From our house to yours, Dave and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Thank you for dropping by and following me on my journey. I appreciate all of you.
Merry Christmas to you, Lynda! Thank you for continuing to share your passion for creating with fabric and inspiring us to do the same.
Thank you for the inspiration, Lynda. I love Dave’s birdhouse! Wishing you the best in the coming year. Susan
